My Pattern Designer version 1.02 is now available. Included are:

1. Outerwear is available. The outerwear menu includes:
a. Cropped Jackets.
b. Casual Indoor Jackets.
c. Casual Outdoor Jackets.
d. Casual OUtdoor Coats
e. Vests
f. Tunics

Lots of patterns in each. All outerwear patterns have had major revisions for fit, ease, linings, and options. There are cool new closure options, much greater control of the lapel shaping, and a host of design changes.

2. In addition to appearing in the general MPD catalog menus, these new outerwear patterns also appear in 3 new unlimited collections that are now avialable. Women's Casual Indoor Jackets, Women's Casual Outdoor Jackets and Coats and Women's Vests and Tunics can be found in the Unlimited Collections page or in the MPD store. Do take a look at these terrific new Unlimited Collections!

3. 30 designer selected patterns now included with MPD Standard.

4. 60 designer selected patterns now included with MPD Pro.

5. Major revisions to all patterns that have no side bust dart - to get rid of the excess fabric at the underarm.

6. MAJOR revisions to all princess line patterns. Greatly improved fit, reduced underarm fabric, and ease adjustments throughout. Some users may now need to add the optional added waist dart to reduce the shaping in the princess seam. BUt, you now have total control over the fit you can get, using the various dart options to fine tune it if you like. Our testers all agree, though, that this is the best princess fit we have ever had and you should check out the default fit before you try adjusting.
