I recently had my computer rebuilt and changed from IE6 to IE7. I also changed from Win.2000 to Win.XP.
Then I purchased the update to 7.04. I tried 4 different times to reload the DS6, and when I open it a dialogue box says "cannotfind DS.exe..The only grapic or anything that comes up is a picture of Mia in the top left corner.I have tried everyhing to get the cd to load and it simply will not! I even uninstalled all of my virus and spyware programs.

Your older DS 6 CD does not contain the patch that "fixes" the change to the more modern IE version.

I would suggest you take the full DS family download which does contain the patch directly from the website.

Once installed you can retrieve your codes using Help>On the web. Set up your preferences under File>settings and set up your page set up to match your printer.
