I just purchased the mensware program and He is missing parts of his body! 1/2 the figure is yellow and I can see what the pattern will look like. How do I get him to be "all there".

Which pattern and options? Some patterns and options do not have male or child art. Missing art usually shows up as a large yellow blob where that art would have been.
