error submitting bugs

i've been trying for a couple days to submit a few bugs i found but when you hit the submit button, there is a server error

Server Error in '/SendReport' Application.

At least one of the From or Sender fields is required, and neither was found.

I submitted a problem report in Dress Shop just and it worked for me. Did you fill out all the fields in the problem report?
