A road service mistake near Susanville has broken the phone and cable line that goes to our customer support and service office there. At this time, telephone support, email support, and telephone orders may be delayed. We will try to have those re-routed to other locations and will get back to any messages left as quickly as we can, but do please bear with us until this gets repaired. The road folks have said it will take from 2 to 5 days.
