Hi ladies, I finished my blouse project and attached is a pdf article on how to do a pleated neck top.

I made 3 tops 1 vee- neck cap sleeve silky stretch in black and white, 1 sherbet green interlock sleeveless vee neck ( yea- I like vee neck) and the class project blouse in pale blue/bordering on periwinkle ,stretch knit with a pleated neck (plus 5 cami tops 2 are swim sets and 3 are sleep sets all with tap pants.The difference is the fabric used)
