More pants
V2.5 improvements what pattern do I use to check my pant fit: Open Pant Designer: Click Career classic fit /classic leg - defaults then change waist to NO Waist to check natural waist level. IF you have a J hook, front or back - stop adjust crotch lengths.(shorten) If you have an angled line from hip to crotch without any curve- stop adjust crotch lengths ( lengthen till you get a define curve and extension) When you change anything at any time on the chart regarding pant numbers- any pant number Zero out the crotch extensions and the cbwd and allow the program to recompute them. patrns4u@aol.com |

Kaaren,
Could you be a little more specific about changing your steps for the pant fit? When you say open the Pants designer and go through the steps, are all steps still within the pants designer? The "j-hook" step: are we suppose to go out of the designer and change the measurements? For the zeroing out extensions step: again is this something for the measurments or done within the designer? If this is all done within the pants designer, how do you get the program to recompute? Thanks you NJC |

We did review this in class.
You zero out the crotch extensions and cbwd on your CHART under size. Kaaren patrns4u@aol.com |
