Since I installed the last update (did a restor retrieve) I can see the jean machine and load them but am told that all my patterns (even old ones) that I don't own them. I so wanted to do a new sloper tonight and work on pants till dg's come tomorrow for the weekend.

I wanted to add that I went to my account and the patterns that I bought with credits are no longer there. That is one of my problems. I use the slim fit pants (which I have bought) to veryify my sloper.

I show you own 15 patterns in addtion to programs and have 17 credits left. Make sure you wait long enough till it shows you what you own.

Try the retrieve again - everything IS there.

Are you sure you used the proper email address and password that is associated with your customer account? Your accout uses the @sympatico.ca email account. I will send your password to that address so you can check that as well. When ou do an auto-acivate, be sure to watch for any error messages as it fetches your codes. If you have a bad password or if it is unable to connect to the site, it should print a message about that...

Kaaren, I agree with you that it's saying it on the retrive screen but on the web sit under my accounts it's not showing them being owned. I did another retrieval, and still have no luck printing any of my owned patterns. I went through all of them and none of them will print.
