Just tried to design a hobo purse. I am a Gold medal member and assummed that I had this program, but never had the opportunity to use it, Got the design I wanted and went to print it wouldn't as it was a demo version. When I entered the key code from my account it told me it was invalid. Can someone explain what I did wrong. June in SC

Your key code may be very old and need updating.

When I get back from class tonight Ill take a look.

Did you go to the website and update your account page?that may be what you need do there.Just a thought.
