This is a lovely flowing design but I don't have a clue how to create it in MPD. :-(

That looks like it has a gigantic wing collar, with extra ease at the waist and hips?

I saw this jacket, too.
I once made a jacket with a very wide shawl collar that reminds me somewhat of this one, but if you click on all the small pictures you will find one that shows the front. It is an asymetric closure - wide at the top - that falls down in graceful folds. You should be able to create something close to this with an asymetric closure for an unfitted jacket (indoor or outdoor), but that seems to have gotten broken. In the meantime, you could start with a wide top and use your pencil to shape it towards the bottom. I like the waterfall tool, and have used it several times, but it gives a different look. You are the designer, though, so try what appeals to you. It's been a while since I tried asymmetrical closures in DS, but it should be possible if you own the tool.
