I have the same thing happen. I'll receive one, then not the next couple, check my settings, see the check marks are no longer there. Add check marks, get next one, then not next ones...

A new MPD newsletter was emailed out today (Friday, 9/7). It contains the same offer and coupon code that was in the offer emails. If you did not get the newsletter, you can find it on the MPD web site. Use the menu at the left, select "News and Notices", then "Latest Newsletter".

One way or another, everyone should be able to get at the offer and coupon code!
