I have sway back. What can I do to smooth out the excess material that always wants to bunch up around my back waist? I need help on this with blouses, jackets, and some dresses.

Usually a very fine balancing act between the full (neck to back waist) and slope will help control the length.

Abd depth is measured on the front and and is the depth distance down from natural waist- the fronts numbers are used on the back. SO if abd depth front is 2.75 inches and the waist is tilted the back abd depth is still 2.75 off the backs numbers as well...often adjusting abd depth helps.
