Hello,
I've just made another midriff panel blouse, which turned out nicely. However, I would like to finetune the fit. On the sleeves, there's a slight fold, going from the shoulderpoint, towards the front of the sleeve. I think it has something to do with the fact that I have forward shoulders. Is there some easy way to get rid of it--perhaps, not this time, but in a future effort. I was thinking that the notch at the top of the sleeve should have been moved forward a little. Does that sound right? Thanks in advance,
Susan

The keys to shoulder point placement is the shoulder ridge placment which is controlled by the full front and back and slopes front and back.

Take a hard look in the mirror- is the shoulder ridge perfectly placed and runs in a nice straight line. The shoulder point should meet the perfect placement for your cap apex.

The full may be corect or also need adjusting- I would startwith just the slopes first- but shortening the front slope just a tiny bit and lengthening the back slope shifts the shoulder point. A 1/4 to 3/8th inch may be just enough or a bit much-start witha 1/4 inch. Make a trial of just the armhole and sleeve cap..in muslin try it on!
and Have Fun enjoying the process.
