Friends, the combination of personal circumstances and weather-related difficulties makes clear that we should concentrate on sewing now in February and schedule our next meeting for Tuesday, March 10. As we get closer to the date, we'll decide whether to meet in St. Davids as usual or to take our meeting to Bucks County to make the drive easier for Brenda and Tilly.

What are you sewing? I've sent fleece dresses to both granddaughters, cut out a cowl-necked jersey blouse (use the serger!) for me and another dress for older DGD, and - finally - started to knit a sweater for me from the software-based Garment Designer pattern, using My Pattern Designer measurements. We'll have a great show-and-tell session in March and work through any "challenges" you've uncovered in your designs.
